Find out what your colleagues, users and teams think of your AI agent
Run a free pulse check: a one-question, anonymous survey you share with one link.
- 1
Share one link. Name your agent, then post the link in Teams, Slack, your intranet or the agent's closing message.
- 2
See what they think. Results appear once five people have answered. The pulse closes after 14 days.
Why run a pulse check
Your AI agent talks to your people every day. This is the quickest way to hear what they make of it.
Your dashboards show what it did, not how it felt.
Containment and resolution rates tell you how many conversations it handled. They don't tell you whether people trusted the answer, or gave up and called the service desk.
Unhappy people rarely say so. They work around it.
When an agent lets someone down, they seldom raise a ticket about it. One anonymous question, asked where they already use it, gets you an honest answer.
You get a result you can act on.
A score for your agent, the spread behind it, what people say would have made it better, and where to start. Enough to take into your next review.
What your people see
What you get back
Once five people have answered, your results appear on a private page that only you have the link to. When the pulse closes, we email you a summary.
- A score. Your agent's Net Promoter Score, with promoters, passives and detractors.
- The spread. How every answer from 0 to 10 falls.
- What would have made it better. The reasons people picked, ranked.
- Where to start. One practical fix for the most common reason.
- Their words. Every comment, anonymous.

Where to Start: Understanding what I needed
People felt it didn't understand them. Read the conversations where someone rephrased their request; those are the gaps in what it knows. After two misunderstandings, offer a person.
Why these five
They're where AI agents most often let people down. With a person on the service desk, people complain about waiting. With an AI agent the complaints move: it didn't understand me, it got the answer wrong, it wouldn't let me reach a person.
A pulse check is a snapshot.
One question, five reasons, asked once. Enough to see how your agent lands, not to run it.
ciopulse for AI Agents goes further:
- Asks after every conversation, not once
- Reads every conversation, so you hear from the people who never answer a survey
- Picks up when someone asked for a person and didn't get one
- Covers the full set of experience factors, including tone, explaining what it was doing, and whether it was actually fixed
- Puts your AI agent and your service desk on the same scale
- Tracks it over time and shows you what to fix next
Questions, short answers
What's a pulse check?
A short, one-off survey. One question about your AI agent, answered anonymously by the people who use it, with results once five have replied.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. We don't ask who answers, and we don't store names or IP addresses. Results only appear once five people have responded.
What do my people have to do?
Open the link, tap a number from 0 to 10, pick up to two reasons and, if they like, add a comment. About 20 seconds, no login.
Who sees the results?
Only you, through the private link we email you. Everything is deleted 90 days after the pulse starts.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's a one-off snapshot to show you the value of hearing from your people. Want feedback after every conversation? See ciopulse for AI Agents →
Which agents does it work for?
Any agent your people talk to: a Copilot agent, ChatGPT, a ServiceNow virtual agent, an HR bot, something you built. If people can open a link, it works.
Hear how your AI agent is landing.
