CIO Pulse AI Usage & Data Policy
At CIO Pulse, we recognize that organizations must adhere to strict policies when adopting AI. To support this, we implement the following safeguards so our customers can use AI responsibly within their governance requirements. Our AI features are branded as PulseAI.
Policy Details
Data Privacy & Training
Customer inputs and outputs are never used to train foundation models. Your data remains private and is not exposed to third parties for model improvement.
Regional Processing
All AI processing occurs within the customer’s selected region (e.g., Australia, EU, US), supporting data residency and regulatory requirements.
Account Boundaries
Data is processed within secure, isolated account boundaries. This prevents commingling with other customer data and ensures only the originating customer can access their prompts and results.
Enterprise-Grade Security
Our AI infrastructure leverages providers that meet stringent enterprise security and compliance standards, including industry frameworks such as ISO, SOC, GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Act.
Opt-In Model
AI features are strictly optional. Customers must enable them explicitly and can opt out at any time without impact to their core CIO Pulse service. Customers can enable or disable PulseAI directly from their admin interface using their existing admin login.
By combining strict isolation, regional processing, and compliance alignment, CIO Pulse ensures AI capabilities can be used responsibly within the governance requirements of modern enterprises.
